Energy Resilience

The goal of the project is to strengthen the energy security and autonomy of communities located near the front line to ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure: hospitals, schools, water utilities, shelter centers, and administrative facilities.
The initiative includes installing solar power plants, energy storage systems, generators, and heat pumps, as well as modernizing electrical grids and internal heating systems.

The second component focuses on fostering a culture of energy efficiency and building local expertise. Communities organize training modules for utility workers and establish “energy coordinators” responsible for monitoring resource use and promoting energy-saving practices.
