The goal of the project is to create conditions for uninterrupted and safe learning in communities located near active combat zones. The initiative focuses on modernizing schools and kindergartens, equipping shelters, providing autonomous power systems, Internet access, communication tools, and first-aid kits. Special attention is given to training teachers and students in safety protocols, behavior during air-raid alerts, evacuation procedures, and basic first aid.
The second component involves psychological and educational support for children, teachers, and parents. Communities organize mobile psychological support teams, conduct interactive “Resilience School” sessions, and create child-friendly spaces for online learning when safety risks prevent attendance in person.

The goal of the project is to create conditions for the return and stabilization of people living in frontline communities by providing them with safe and affordable housing. The initiative includes restoring destroyed homes, constructing temporary and modular housing, and refurbishing existing residential buildings with a focus on energy efficiency and strengthening structures against shelling. Special priority is given to the families of military personnel, internally displaced persons, critical infrastructure workers, teachers, and medical staff — those who ensure the resilience of the community.
The project combines national, local, and donor contributions: government authorities provide land plots and coordination, international partners offer funding and technical expertise, while communities engage local contractors and oversee quality control.

The goal of the project is to strengthen the energy security and autonomy of communities located near the front line to ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure: hospitals, schools, water utilities, shelter centers, and administrative facilities. The initiative includes installing solar power plants, energy storage systems, generators, and heat pumps, as well as modernizing electrical grids and internal heating systems.
The second component focuses on fostering a culture of energy efficiency and building local expertise. Communities organize training modules for utility workers and establish “energy coordinators” responsible for monitoring resource use and promoting energy-saving practices.

The goal of the project is to restore and develop transport and logistics infrastructure in frontline regions to ensure the uninterrupted delivery of humanitarian aid, essential goods, construction materials, and medical supplies. The program includes repairing and maintaining local roads, constructing temporary crossings and bridges, and establishing logistics hubs for the storage and distribution of cargo. An important component is ensuring mobility for emergency services — including donor-funded procurement of specialized vehicles, fuel reserves, and navigation systems necessary for safe movement during hostilities.
The second component focuses on strengthening coordination among local authorities, military administrations, and humanitarian organizations. Regional logistics coordination centers are being established with unified systems for tracking cargo and routes, enabling rapid response to community needs and minimizing risks of delays or resource losses.

The goal of the project is to restore economic activity and create jobs in frontline communities by supporting local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The program is designed to assist entrepreneurs affected by hostilities or forced to temporarily suspend their operations. It includes grant competitions for launching or restoring businesses, concessional loans for equipment, and training programs in financial planning, digitalization, and crisis management. Special attention is given to businesses that meet critical community needs — food production, equipment repair, transportation, energy supply, and essential medical and educational services.
The second component focuses on creating an enabling environment for the sustainable development of local entrepreneurship. The project provides for the establishment of business hubs and advisory centers where entrepreneurs can receive support with registration, investor outreach, marketing, and accessing online sales platforms.
