Affordable Housing

The goal of the project is to create conditions for the return and stabilization of people living in frontline communities by providing them with safe and affordable housing.
The initiative includes restoring destroyed homes, constructing temporary and modular housing, and refurbishing existing residential buildings with a focus on energy efficiency and strengthening structures against shelling. Special priority is given to the families of military personnel, internally displaced persons, critical infrastructure workers, teachers, and medical staff — those who ensure the resilience of the community.

The project combines national, local, and donor contributions: government authorities provide land plots and coordination, international partners offer funding and technical expertise, while communities engage local contractors and oversee quality control.
