Support for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs)
The goal of the project is to restore economic activity and create jobs in frontline communities by supporting local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The program is designed to assist entrepreneurs affected by hostilities or forced to temporarily suspend their operations. It includes grant competitions for launching or restoring businesses, concessional loans for equipment, and training programs in financial planning, digitalization, and crisis management. Special attention is given to businesses that meet critical community needs — food production, equipment repair, transportation, energy supply, and essential medical and educational services.
The second component focuses on creating an enabling environment for the sustainable development of local entrepreneurship. The project provides for the establishment of business hubs and advisory centers where entrepreneurs can receive support with registration, investor outreach, marketing, and accessing online sales platforms.
